20.Update from India

The good news is that the army are not killing civilians Sarah. We got caught by a patrol of about a hundred men moving into the city as we were getting out. They were all tooled up but didn’t seem interested in us.

Stay away from the Army Chris! There are reports popping up on the internet that people are being killed on sight by them. The Indian Government are saying that they have called up martial law within its borders. The UN are gearing up and there is talk of them moving in. It makes no sense Bro… they aren’t talking about invading but backing them up.

Sarah this is starting to get bat shit crazy. We’re having to leave the city as the army is marching in. Locals are saying they have seen mass shootings and graves and shit. It’s getting dark so we need to move now. There is a small group of us with a local and he’s going to show us the way out.

Chris are you alright? If you can’t get the train what are you going to do? They have banned all flights and ships into Indian Territory saying there is a breakout and the country has to be quarantined. Please email back because this is getting fucked.

16.Update from India

I’m sorry it’s been a couple of days between updates. Jesus Sarah it’s fucking horrible here and DON’T SHOW mam or dad this update okay? Promise me! So yesterday we were at the Train Station and we had a few hours to spare and we found this roof top café near by. We’d been there 10 minutes or so when this kid starts shouting and pointing to the sky. We could see about a mile away this red cloud like hanging over the sky line, kinda low like fog hanging in the streets. We didn’t think anything of it and finished our drinks and just headed to the station. About an hour later we’re up on the top level trying to find a way to our platform and we could hear this screaming. It all kicked off Sarah and I mean for real! Everyone seemed to stop and stare for a second before they stampeded out. At the far side there seemed a fight of some sort. I don’t know what the hell happened but there must have been 50 people just stamped to death. The only bit of luck was that we were high up and able to escape. We’ve been held up in this make shift refugee centre trying to work out our next move since the train is out now. Tell you what also freaked me out, Harry reckons has he left he saw a guy eating another dude. I mean who the fuck does that?

Hey Bro, it’s your big sis here again. Just a few updates… I wish I could say it was good news but it really, really isn’t. The India Government have realised a statement finally saying that there has been an environmental disaster because of a plane crash of toxic material. They won’t give an details but local news agencies are leaking stories that the UN have not been asked by the India government to help them enforce their borders. It’s all kicking off Bro, so keep your head down and stay safe.

Hi Mam & Dad,

Don’t worry about me and Harry. We’re having a whale of a time. You know what the media is like back home they’ll be making a mountain out of a mole hill. Yes there is some weird stuff going on but by large the cities are running as normal. Got to go as heading to local train station now to head out to Ennore Port.

It’s your mam here. Me and your Dad hope you get home soon as we miss you. Things are very scary back home watching what is happening in India.

We’re keeping BBC news on as your dad says that ITN News is no good, and well you know what he’s like.
